Dear Blog,

Keep slipping these days. Got the bashing I probably deserved ... a couple of times ... the harshest words are often the best teacher.

I hope I won't stop learning from this teacher. If I do, I think I'm a goner. As much as I already feel I am ... trying to be strong everyday.

I think my whole blog is kinda pessimistic ... so unlike what I'm to the world ... now I know how much courage it takes to withstand the critics - it's never easy. So look up to those who have become better as a person from accepting their mistakes and DOING SOMETHING about it.

Sorry, I needed to cap those - I always forget. Light my path.

I think I asked a number of silly questions today but... no question is stupid...hahaha... ok. Better than doing blunders later on. I rather clear some of my doubts now. Sometimes yes. I do feel abit inadequate here n there becos of the situation I am in. Perhaps, it's becos I never heeded things then?

Another interview

I can safely say I've been to a number of interviews by now. And this morning I went to Orchard for an interview for a post I've never thought I would be in.

They say building resumes reveals a person. That is so true. It's like a journey of self-discovery. Going for interviews reveals even more. Hard to explain but it does happen.

Take it from me. Getting tired sometimes but still going strong.

Cafe Cartel, where small isn't a deal

Yesterday me went to Cafe Cartel for dinner with friends... we knew the portion was going to be darn big... so we ended up sharing most of the food.

Had chicken and fish with some spaghetti... and took bite sizes of pork chops and pork ribs... delicious =) and many more LOL. Like this cheese cake :

And we ended the meal with this waffle thingy, which has ice cream topped with a cherry and maple syrup and bananas and peaches and... there we have *OMG* satiation.Please go to Cafe Cartel for darn big portions. Period.

Job woes from self and a friend

Just yesterday I had a chat with a friend who was in dilemma of being in the wrong calling. When it comes to passion, and wants, it appears that she has none. Job secured, and yet she does not feel happy. Here's something to share :

"Sometimes it's not about getting what you want, rather it's being given what you never knew you would do. Can you expect the gifts you will receive from your friends? No. But you would still appreciate each gift anyway. And you would still try to understand the meaning behind, no matter how obscure it seems to you. Why not look at things this way, then?"

Yes. Why not treasure what you have now and thread the given unknown? Who knows.
